XLE Error Document

While Processing the Sales Order (Booking the Sales Order )the following error occurs :
ERROR

User-Defined Exception in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure Tax_line.

Solution :

Run the “Replicate Seed Concurrent “Program

Log in to application with System Administrator responsibility
The navigation path is: Concurrent > Requests.

Submit the Request :

Request ID gets generated:

View the Request:

Navigate back to the Sales Order Form under Order Management Super user. Retest the issue.
Order gets placed successfully.
